Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a professional with Degrees or Diplomas in Architecture, Engineering or Building-related disciplines to support design and project management activities.

You will conduct feasibility studies, prepare budgets and schedules, collate building plans and drawings, and provide design/engineering support while ensuring project outcomes meet time, cost and quality targets. This role includes documentation control and routine administration tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or building-related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct feasibility studies, analysis of infrastructure construction costs, prepare estimated budgets and project schedules.
• Collate, update and administer building plans and architectural drawings.
• Conduct feasibility studies and concept plans for new facilities.
• Provide design / project engineering support, general technical advice.
• Manage development projects and ensure completions are within the desired time, cost and quality standards.
• Implement controls and procedures for proper documentation of records and plans; conduct periodic audits on drawings and document control/record management processes.
• Assist the HOD in cost control as well as day-to-day general administration.
• Conduct system studies with the view of improving procedures and methods related to the department.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Head of Department.
