Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking an experienced project manager to lead multi-disciplinary, fast-track infrastructure projects. You will oversee feasibility studies, budgets, schedules and drawing administration, providing technical guidance and design support.

The role requires strong communication, excellent organisational abilities and a proactive approach to cost control and process improvements across facilities planning.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or building-related disciplines.
• Familiar with project management tools and techniques.
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in management of multi-disciplinary fast-track projects and project teams.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal communication and organisation skills.
• Good administrative abilities and high degree of initiative.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct feasibility studies, analysis of infrastructure.
• Plan and conduct feasibility studies, analysis of infrastructure construction costs, prepare estimated budgets and project schedules.
• Collate, update and administrate building plans and architectural drawings.
• Conduct feasibility studies and concept plans for new facilities.
• Provide design / project engineering support, general technical advice.
• Manage development projects and ensure completions are within the desired time, cost and quality standards.
• Coordinate, plan and co-facilitate process improvement and infrastructure planning (3P) events with Kaizen.
• Manage off-site projects.
• Assist the HOD in cost control as well as the day-to-day general administration.
• Conduct system studies with the view of improving procedures and methods related to the department.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Head of Department.
