Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive to plan and manage facilities and construction projects for a large healthcare institution. You will ensure projects meet cost, time, quality, and statutory requirements while coordinating with engineers, consultants and contractors.

The role involves feasibility studies, budget estimation, schedules, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or a Building-related discipline and above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary, fast-track projects or project teams.
• Construction project experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial drawing software and project management tools.
• Good understanding of building regulations and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct feasibility studies and analysis of infrastructure construction costs.
• Prepare estimated budgets and project schedules.
• Manage development projects and ensure completion within the desired time, cost and quality standards.
• Provide design and project engineering support and general technical advice.
• Develop concept plans and conduct feasibility studies for new facilities.
