Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a safety-focused professional to oversee workplace safety and health compliance during the construction and retrofit of high-purity production facilities, cleanrooms, and laboratories.

The role requires ensuring adherence to local WSH acts, MOM regulations, and corporate EHS standards, with leadership of high-risk operations through the PTW system and ongoing safety investigations and improvements.

Formación

• Degree in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Occupational Health, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety during building, expansion, or retrofit of high-purity plants, cleanrooms, and laboratories.
• Ensure all site activities follow WSH acts, MOM regulations, and corporate EHS standards.
• Manage high-risk tasks via the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system (hot work, work-at-height, confined space, lifting).
• Lead safety patrols, contractor audits, and corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and report near-misses; align construction safety with GMP and cleanroom guidelines.

Educación

Degree in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or related fields

• Ensure all site building activities follow local Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) acts, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, and corporate EHS standards.
• Oversee High-Risk operations via the Permit-to-Work (PTW)system (hot work, work-at-height, confined space, lifting).
• Lead routine safety patrols, contractor audits, and corrective action implementations.
• Lead investigations, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and report safety incidents or near-misses. Align construction safety protocols with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and cleanroom installation guidelines.
• Degree in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Occupational Health, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
