Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety Leader to oversee workplace safety and health compliance during building, expansion, or retrofit projects in high-purity production environments. You will ensure all activities follow local WSH acts, MOM regulations, and corporate EHS standards.

You will lead PTW processes for high-risk operations, conduct routine safety patrols, audits, and corrective actions, and perform investigations with RCA to report incidents or near-misses.

Qualifications

• Degree in WSH, Occupational Health or related engineering field.
• Experience in high-purity plants, cleanrooms or labs preferred.
• Knowledge of MOM and WSH regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety compliance during construction and retrofit of facilities.
• Lead safety patrols, contractor audits, and corrective actions.
• Conduct investigations and root cause analyses of incidents.
• Align safety protocols with GMP and cleanroom guidelines.
