Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) seeks a document controller to manage project documents, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution. You will support QMR and Project Manager, keep audit-ready records, and maintain the document database in the server.

Candidate should have 2+ years in construction/LTA, hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork. Location is West Region, Singapore; 5.5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry / LTA project.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and is a great team player.

Responsibilities

• Review project reporting specifications and document management guidelines.
• Assist QMR and Project Manager; update summaries and maintain records.
• Maintain and update project document database; ensure accuracy to project requirements.
• Organise and file all project documents for easy accessibility and timely delivery.
• Generate document control reports to support project management and QA.
