Job summary

The successful candidate will maintain robust filing systems, coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance, and prepare regular reports on document status

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Proven experience as document controller.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and file construction documents including contracts, drawings and specifications.
• Maintain proper technical documentation and a filing system of documents, records and information.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance with documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for all documentation-related queries from project team members and external parties.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on document control status and issues.
• Plan and manage the office supplies to ensure all necessary requirements are in place.
• Actively promote the corporate and project goals and values.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
