Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Construction Document Controller to manage and maintain all project documentation—drawings, specifications, approvals, and handover records—ensuring accurate numbering, revision control, and real-time MDR accuracy.

You will coordinate reviews between Consultants, Contractors, and internal stakeholders, distribute approved documents, and withdraw obsolete ones. You will support site teams with IFC drawings and contribute to audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of document control experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Experience with Document Management Systems (eDMS, SharePoint, Aconex, Procore, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Project Document Management System (DMS) for construction projects.
• Register, classify, and track all incoming and outgoing construction documents (drawings, specifications, method statements, RFIs, submittals, permits, reports).
• Ensure documents are correctly numbered, titled, revised, and version-controlled per naming conventions.
• Maintain the Master Document Register (MDR) with real-time accuracy.
• Coordinate document review and approval workflows between Consultants, Contractors, and Micron Internal Stakeholders.
• Distribute approved documents and withdraw obsolete ones.
• Monitor overdue reviews and approvals.
• Support site teams with Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings and controlled hardcopy sets.
• Track revisions and changes, ensure proper authorization and traceability.
• Assist compilation of as-built documents, O&M manuals, test reports, and handover dossiers.
• Support audits by providing retrievable and complete document records.
