Job summary

You will file and maintain up-to-date records to ensure quick retrieval and accurate document control for ongoing projects, while providing clerical and administrative support to the project team. The role requires GCE 'O' level, at least 2 years of experience with main contractors, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' level.
• Min 2 years' experience in main contractor companies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Document Control Software.
• Excellent interpersonal communication ability.
• Possess positive attitude towards work and team oriented.
