Job summary

Boustead Projects is seeking a Contract Manager to support both upstream and downstream contracts within its construction arm, including contracts from Boustead Projects E&C Pte Ltd and related Boustead Group entities.

You will prepare contract documentation, assist negotiations, and work with stakeholders across the contract lifecycle to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with policies and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, with mechanical/electrical focus preferred.
• Chartered Surveyor accreditation from RICS or AIQS is strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years in construction consultancy, quantity surveying consultancy, expert witness practice, or law firm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile, and maintain agreements including NDAs, major construction tender documents, and professional services agreements.
• Work with standard construction contract forms (RDAS, SIA, PSSCOC, FIDIC Silver/Yellow Book) with risk mitigation.
• Prepare and maintain main contract and subcontract documentation; support negotiations.
• Mitigate contractual risks and collaborate on process improvements and templates.
• Provide guidance on contract processes and development to internal stakeholders; develop training materials.
• Maintain contract records and compliance with tracking requirements; participate in meetings to stay updated on projects.
