Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Contract Manager to oversee contract administration for upstream and downstream construction projects. You will work with internal teams and external counterparties to manage NDAs, tenders, service agreements, and standard forms with risk mitigation.

You will compile main contracts, support negotiations, participate in dispute and risk mitigation, and provide training on contract processes. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is required.
• Chartered Surveyor accreditation is preferred.
• 3–5 years in construction QS/contract roles or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage agreements with risk mitigation.
• Compile main contract and subcontract documentation.
• Support negotiations with counterparties.
• Participate in dispute/risk mitigation per SOPs.
• Attend meetings and stay updated on projects.
• Share templates and playbooks; collaborate across teams.
• Provide training on contract processes.
• Maintain contract tracking systems.
