Job summary

Z3 Construction Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a diligent construction accounts professional to manage the full set of accounts for a growing contractor.

You will prepare invoices, payment claims and supporting documents, and oversee accounts payable and receivable to keep projects moving smoothly. The role requires Xero proficiency, good knowledge of Singapore accounting practices, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Xero experience with construction accounts is required.
• Experience in construction/project accounting is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for a construction company.
• Prepare invoices, payment claims and supporting documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and process payments to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project expenses, costs and outstanding payments.
• Check subcontractors' invoices and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
• Handle payroll, CPF and other statutory payments.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting and project documents.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, auditors and banks.
• Assist with GST and tax-related matters.
