Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Constituency Master Planner to co-lead planning, coordination, and implementation of community initiatives. You will collaborate with GROs, community centres, and volunteers to strengthen People-Government-People connections and foster a cohesive neighbourhood.

You will supervise staff, develop long-term plans, oversee governance and finances, and build partnerships with VWO, merchant groups, and religious organisations to broaden PA's community impact across Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in community development and grassroots work with 2-3 years in supervision.
• Ability to translate government policies into accessible community communications.
• Nice-to-have proficiency in a second language (Malay, Tamil, or a Chinese dialect).

Responsibilities

• Co-lead constituency planning and GRO development; align with national/PA objectives.
• Guide Grassroots Leaders and volunteers; recruit, train, and renew GRO volunteers.
• Drive community programmes across Wellness, Emergency Prep, Sports, Integration, Family Life, Youth.
• Strengthen Government-to-People-to-Government communications and feedback channels.
• Facilitate Citizens' Consultative Committee and CCMC meetings with strategic direction.
• Oversee Constituency Office administration and GRO financial governance.
• Build partnerships with VWO, merchant associations, and religious organisations; expand networks.
