Job summary

PAS People's Association in Singapore seeks a Constituency Master Planner to co-lead planning, GRO development and community programmes that strengthen social capital and government-people connectivity. You will engage Grassroots Leaders, GROs, volunteers and residents to ensure a cohesive, caring neighbourhood.

You will supervise staff, manage constituency admin and finances, and foster partnerships with Voluntary Welfare Organisations and community groups to deliver resident-centric programmes

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in community development or related field.
• 2–3 years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience with Grassroots Organisations and community networks.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead constituency planning and GRO development.
• Formulate and review annual workplans with advisers and leaders.
• Guide and develop Grassroots Leaders and volunteers.
• Drive community outreach spanning wellness, preparedness, sports, integration, family life and youth.
• Strengthen government-to-people communications and channel feedback.
• Facilitate Citizens' Consultative Committee and CCMC meetings.
• Oversee constituency office administration and financial governance.
• Build partnerships with Voluntary Welfare Organisations and other stakeholders.
