Job summary

The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore is seeking a proactive professional to support the Constituency Office in driving community volunteer management and to facilitate GRO formation at the constituency level. You will collaborate with PA units and external partners to engage volunteers, manage resources, and promote social cohesion, while maintaining data and reporting on CV activities.

Qualifications

• Keeps updated about news in the community and national policies.
• Able to write well in English; knowledge of Mandarin, Malay or Tamil.

Responsibilities

• Support the Constituency Office in driving community volunteer management.
• Administer and facilitate GRO formation, development and consolidation.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to grow CV networks.
• Promote CV Scheme and curate CV stories and materials.
• Update calendar of local programmes to support CV marketing.
• Training CVs with PA units and external partners.
• Resource planning and adherence to SOPs and templates.
• Submit templates and reports on CV management outcomes.
