Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a Constituency Master Planner to co-lead planning, GRO development, and ground-level community initiatives, building social capital and People-Government-People connectivity.

You will collaborate with Grassroots Leaders, volunteers, and partners to deliver wellness, emergency preparedness, youth, and family-life programmes, while supporting governance and community engagement across the constituency.

Formación

• Experience in community development or grassroots work.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Co-lead constituency planning and GRO development.
• Guide and develop Grassroots Leaders and volunteers.
• Drive community outreach and engagement across programmes.
• Strengthen Government-to-People-to-Government communications.
• Provide leadership for GRO governance meetings.
