Job summary

The People’s Association seeks a Constituency Manager in Singapore to act as an administrator and community facilitator at the constituency level, supporting GRO formation, development and governance to promote social cohesion. You will work with residents, GRO leaders, volunteers and partners to plan programmes that empower community participation for a caring and united Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement, social work, grassroots development, or a people-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage diverse residents.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media for outreach.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents and partners to understand ground needs and co-create programmes.
• Plan and implement GRO-level activities and national PA campaigns to boost engagement.
• Support formation and development of interest groups and volunteer networks.
• Attend GRO meetings and provide administrative/logistical support to PA HQ.
• Manage GROs' communications and ensure governance, finances, and procurement compliance.
