Job summary

The People’s Association in Singapore seeks a Constituency Master Planner to co-lead planning, coordinating and implementing community initiatives that build social capital and strengthen People-Government-People connectivity.

You will drive ground-level engagement across GROs, Community Centres/Clubs, and Residents' Committee/Network Centres, ensuring residents are well-served and the constituency is cohesive.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years in community development or grassroots work, with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead constituency planning and GRO development
• Formulate, implement, and review annual constituency workplans and GRO development plans
• Guide and develop Grassroots Leaders and volunteers
• Drive community outreach and engagement
• Strengthen Government-to-People-to-Government communications
• Provide thought leadership for GRO governance meetings
• Oversee constituency administration and financial governance
• Build community partnerships and networks
• Supervise and develop CO staff
• Lead and motivate staff in the Constituency Office
