Job summary

SUNPROP PROPERTY & ASSET MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Building Manager to run the day-to-day operations of a building/condominium in Singapore.

You will coordinate maintenance and administrative staff, ensuring services meet client standards and contractual obligations. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, finance coordination, security, fire safety and car park management; reviewing contracts and insurance before expiry; coordinating council and general

• Fully responsible for day-to-day operation of the building/condominium.
• Coordinate maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the building/condominium.
• Carry out maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and subsidiary proprietors.
• Coordinate personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management.
• Review all contracts and insurance before expiry; recommend renewal or call for quotation/tender.
• Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings.
• Supervise and evaluate subcontractor’s performance and submit evaluation reports.
• Your work location will be confirmed during the discussion.

Responsibilities
