Job summary

ADVANCER IFM PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Facilities/Condominium Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance of a condominium.

You will lead site teams, coordinate with contractors, and ensure timely maintenance and safety compliance. Strong knowledge of M&E systems and BMSMA/MCST procedures is required. The role involves handling resident inquiries, preparing reports, and supporting the Managing Agent and Management Council on budgets and procurement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building maintenance and M&E systems.
• Familiarity with BMSMA and MCST procedures and statutory requirements.
• Ability to handle after-hours emergencies when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day condominium operations and maintenance to ensure property and facilities are well maintained and fully functional.
• Supervise site teams including security, cleaning, maintenance, and service providers to deliver quality services.
• Collaborate with contractors and term contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair works, ensuring timely completion.
• Address residents' feedback, enquiries, and complaints, following up to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections of property, common areas, facilities, and building services to identify maintenance and safety issues.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and corrective actions for M&E systems and essential services.
• Prepare quotations, work orders, reports, and documentation for management review and approval.
• Monitor service providers’ performance to ensure contractual compliance and quality standards.
• Assist Managing Agent and Management Council with meetings, budgets, procurement, and estate management tasks.
• Ensure compliance with BMSMA, MCST procedures, and safety standards.
