Job summary

CBRE Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Residence Manager / Condominium Manager (Mixed Development) to support the Asset Manager in coordinating a portfolio and operating buildings on behalf of clients.

The role requires at least 3 years of residential/condominium/strata management experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. Diploma or degree preferred; readiness to handle meetings and emergencies is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 3 years of relevant experience in residential/condominium/strata management.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to analyze problems and apply judgment and precedents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services comply with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
• Inspect common areas, equipment, and external façade; approve maintenance and reconditioning.
• Respond to escalated resident needs with timely resolutions.
• Maintain good rapport with residents and council members.
• Handle feedback via messenger, email and other digital platforms.
• Have broad knowledge of job discipline and other related disciplines.
• Prepare and conduct Sub-Committee meetings and minutes.
• Assist in Council and General Meetings by drafting minutes.
• Respond to all emergency situations.
