Job summary

CPF Board in Singapore seeks IT operations professionals to enhance the delivery of our financial systems. You will handle day-to-day batch jobs, system backups, and service monitoring to keep critical CPF platforms running smoothly.

The role requires service desk or data center experience, strong incident management familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a 12-hour rotating shift including weekends and public holidays is expected. Hybrid work up to 50% is available.

Qualifications

• Prior working experience in a service desk operations or data center environment.
• Familiarity in incident management process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Ability to work on 12 hours rotating shift including weekends and Public Holiday.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day computer operations such as execution of batch jobs,system backup and monitoring of online services
• Perform open system monitoring functions and support
• Ensure timely batch service delivery is kept at optimum service level
• Monitor the data center facilities, system uptime, system performance and online services
• Provide operational support such as QA checklist, start-up/shutdown system tasks and system IPL
• Diagnose and log down hardware problem and system error into problemticketing system, coordinate problem resolution with respective vendoror system programmerMaintain proper operation documentation and records

In addition to keeping the lights on, the Board also keeps pace with the external environment through innovation in its IT systems.
