CPF Board is seeking a capable professional for a 1-year full-time contract in a role within the Accounts Information & Services Department. You will drive project initiatives, gather requirements, and translate business needs into IT-ready specifications while coordinating validation through testing and QA.

You will influence process improvements with AI and automation, review SOPs, and train operations staff.

What you will be working on

The Accounts Information & Services Department (AIS) plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of CPF members' accounts and personal particulars records, whilst ensuring the provision of accurate data and services to members, internal business units, and external stakeholders. Key areas of oversight include acquiring member data for scheme administration, managing member data governance and accounts reconciliation, and engaging CPF members through statements such as the CPF Yearly Statement of Accounts and Transaction History to support their retirement planning.

Implement Projects and System Enhancements

• Conduct feasibility assessments and prepare business cases to secure approvals for project initiatives.
• Translate business enhancements into requirements for development by IT counterparts.
• Draft test cases and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure objectives are met across various scenarios.
• Conduct post-implementation quality assurance to verify that outcomes are achieved.
• Manage stakeholders and deliver project milestones within implementation timelines.

Oversee Operations and Conduct Process Reviews

• Analyse and monitor operational trends, proposing enhancements to align with evolving business needs.
• Solicit feedback to identify improvement areas in service policies and standards, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation technologies to reduce manual effort.
• Review existing processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implement enhancements, communicate revised SOPs, and train the operations team accordingly.
• Approve applications processed by the operations team and vet correspondences from the public to address their enquiries.

What are we looking for

• Relevant experience in project management, operations management, or business analysis roles.
• Experience in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, or process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with statistical or programming tools such as STATA or Python would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of AI and automation technologies and their application in operational or service contexts.
• Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking, including the ability to prepare clear business cases, SOPs, and stakeholder correspondences.
• Works independently and manages priorities effectively, with the ability to handle multiple assignments and stakeholders concurrently.
• Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.
• Self-motivated to learn, innovate, and drive continuous improvement.
• Confident in managing diverse viewpoints and navigating uncertainty whilst maintaining project momentum and stakeholder alignment.
