HI PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced CNC programmer to develop and optimize CNC programs from precise drawings for biomedical components.

You will simulate, verify, and refine programs before production, working closely with operators to ensure proper setups and efficient manufacturing. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Precision Engineering and at least seven years of CNC programming experience, with strong skills in G-code and CAD/CAM tools.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in mechanical/precision engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of CNC programming experience.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages such as G-code.
• Strong CAD/CAM experience with Mastercam and SolidWorks.

Job Responsibilities

1. Program Development:Create and optimize CNC programs based on detailed technical drawings and specifications, ensuring that they meet precision standards required for biomedical components.
2. Simulation and Testing:Conduct simulations of CNC programs to verify their accuracy and efficiency before actual machining begins, identifying any potential issues in advance.
3. Collaboration with Operators:Work closely with CNC operators to communicate programming requirements and ensure seamless machine setups.
4. Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve programming issues during machining, making necessary adjustments to optimize production.
5. Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of programming procedures and revisions to ensure traceability and compliance with quality standards.
6. Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on industry advancements and apply new techniques and technologies to improve programming efficiency and accuracy.
7. Quality Assurance:Ensure that all programs adhere to quality control standards and specifications.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering or a related field.
