Mitsubishi Electric Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Compliance Assistant to support the Head of Compliance / Assistant Manager in managing Information Security Management, Personal Data Protection, Anti-bribery and Conflict of Interest Rules.

You will draft corporate messages, prepare e-learning materials, assist in internal audits and training, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to strengthen risk management and compliance across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Law & Management.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Inter-personal skills, especially mediation of conflicting interests among internal stakeholders.
• Able to work in a team.
• Able to prioritise and balance tasks as assigned and deliver within deadline.
• Self-motivated with a positive mindset.

Aufgaben

• Assist in reviewing Compliance policies, facilitate ISM and COIR Committee meetings and maintain relevant Organizational Chart, ISM Self-Checks, ISM Standards Self-Evaluation Form for Contractors and other Compliance Self Checks from HQ.
• Draft compliance-related Corporate messages.
• Prepare e-learning materials and follow-up on the e-learning course participation.
• Assist in coordinating internal audits (ISM and COIR), facilitate remediations of audit findings by training staff to make course corrections and prevent future violations.
• Assist in the investigation of Information Security incident/accident in order to timely report to the management and HQ.
• Assist in organizing, designing and delivery of the compliance training (ISM, PDP, ABR, COIR, etc.).
• Assist in preparing and monitoring the annual compliance activities under the direction and supervision of Head of Compliance and/or Assistant Manager.
• Assist the Head of Compliance / Assistant Manager and coordinate with internal stakeholders in the annual risk assessment and internal audits (in coordination with other internal stakeholders) such as Compliance Self-Check Sheet (CSCS), General Internal Control (GIC) Self-Evaluation, Risk Management & Compliance (RMC) Self-Check etc...
• Other ad-hoc tasks / projects (Digitalization of forms/processes, etc.).
