The ideal candidate has 3+ years of payroll, compensation, and benefits experience, with knowledge of Singapore laws, Times Software, and strong Excel skills. Confidentiality and independence are essential.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and relevant statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM).
  • Preferably experienced in managing government-paid leave schemes and statutory claims.
  • Knowledge of payroll software (Times Software) is an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Highly organized with excellent skills in data management and documentation.
  • Capable of working independently while also collaborating well within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel functions like VLOOKUP and PivotTables.

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll to guarantee prompt, accurate, and complete salary payments for all employees.
  • Administer employee insurance and flexible benefits programs in compliance with insurance and HR policies.
  • Manage statutory claims such as NS Make-Up Pay claims, Government-Paid Leave claims, and others, following government regulations.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll and employee benefits.
  • Maintain employee data and properly file essential documents to ensure up-to-date employee information is readily available when needed.
  • Assist the Company in participating in periodic surveys conducted by Government Agencies like EDB, MOM, SNEF, etc.
  • Support and engage in the company’s continuous improvement initiatives.
