Job summary

Ministry of National Development is seeking a Manager/Assistant Director, Compensation & Benefits to review and refine salary structures across the MND Family. You will balance proposals from Statutory Boards with Senior Management, ensuring competitiveness for core roles.

You will manage salary reviews and annual bonus cycles while liaising with PSD and SBs to align policies and practices with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience with at least 1 year in Total Rewards.
• Strong stakeholder management ability to work with agencies independently.
• Solid project management and critical thinking skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with handling confidential data.

• Review compensation and benefits frameworks to stay competitive.
• Review proposals from Statutory Boards and formulate recommendations.
