AUMOVIO SE is seeking a proactive HR Support Specialist in Singapore to assist across compensation & benefits, global mobility, and travel needs while helping to review, update, and document HR policies.

You will collect, analyze, and report on HR program data, contribute to benchmarking activities, and prepare insights or presentations for internal stakeholders. The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, analytics, or related field.
• Strong detail orientation with an analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Exposure to or interest in data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication; willing to learn.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Support project work across C&B, Global Mobility, and/or Global Travel, depending on business needs.
• Assist in reviewing, updating, and documenting HR policies and processes.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting related to HR programs.
• Assist in benchmarking exercises and preparation of insights or presentations.
• Assist with system-related activities, testing, data validation, and documentation.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with team members on multiple tasks and timelines.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team as needed.
