Atlas Veterinary Clinic & Surgery Pte. Ltd. is a growing, appointment-only clinic providing consultations and surgery for dogs and cats.

We are hiring a receptionist to welcome clients, manage arrivals and keep the front desk running smoothly in a busy clinic. You will schedule appointments, respond to enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email, process invoices and maintain patient records in ezyVet while supporting the veterinary team with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Genuine love for animals and desire to help owners and pets.
• Warm, clear, professional English and Mother Tongue communication.
• Calm under pressure in a busy front desk.
• Reliable, punctual and detail oriented.
• Willing to learn new software and messaging platforms.
• Team player who takes initiative and asks questions.
• Prior experience in veterinary or customer service is an advantage.
• Able to work 4 weekdays + 1 weekend per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage arrivals and keep the waiting area calm and organised.
• Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments; manage the daily appointment flow with the vets and nurses.
• Respond to client enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email promptly and accurately.
• Process invoices, payments and medication collections.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records in our clinic management system (ezyVet).
• Send reminders and follow ups to patients to maintain continued care.
• Recognise urgent cases and escalate them to the clinical team immediately.
• Support clients through difficult moments, including pet loss, with empathy and discretion.
• Keep the reception area clean, stocked and presentable.
• Complete daily reception checklists and support other reception duties as assigned.
