WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a caring Healthcare Assistant to support the daily care and well-being of our elderly residents.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor basic health needs under nurse supervision, and help maintain safety and comfort. You will support nurses during medical emergencies, assist with mobility and transfers, help residents attend appointments, and encourage participation in recreational activities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Perform diaper changing and continence care with dignity and privacy.
• Assist with basic vital signs monitoring and nursing care under supervision.
• Support nurses during medical emergencies and care-related situations.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers and transportation to appointments.
• Assist healthcare professionals during clinical consultations.
• Encourage residents to participate in recreational and life enrichment activities.
• Maintain residents' safety, comfort and well-being.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement activities.
