Job summary

Fullerton Healthcare Group Pte Ltd seeks caring Healthcare Assistants for our Home & Community Care team in Singapore. You will support seniors in their homes or community settings with daily activities, personal care, and basic health monitoring.

Responsibilities include medication reminders, vital sign checks, mobility support, and compassionate companionship. Training will be provided, and teamwork with nurses and therapists is essential to maintain clients’ dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education preferred.
• Caring and positive attitude towards seniors and clients.
• Comfortable providing personal care and assisting with daily living activities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant healthcare or caregiving experience is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for care procedures required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Health & Care Support: Assist with medication reminders or medication support; monitor and record basic vital signs; observe and report changes to the supervising nurse or care team; provide basic care procedures; bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, mobility assistance; support comfort and independence.
