Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Certificate in Healthcare Assistant
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Patient Care Assistant
Passionate about delivering quality patient care and support
Strong sense of responsibility with a compassionate, patient-focused, and courteous approach
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

Ensure patient safety and provide care support under supervision of Registered Nurses.
Assist patients with daily living activities including personal hygiene and nutrition.
Support patient mobility, including transfers and repositioning.
Provide van escort assistance for patient transportation to and from the Hospice.
Monitor and record vitals such as weight, temperature and blood pressure.
