Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant healthcare field.
• Experience in elderly care is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care).
• Support safe mobility, transfers and positioning.
• Provide medication reminders per facility policy.
• Assist with dining, including feeding support and monitoring for safety.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Observe changes in residents and report to supervising nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe resident environment and assist with light housekeeping.
• Follow infection control protocols and use of PPE.
• Document care provided accurately and promptly.
