Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Healthcare Assistant in Singapore to deliver patient care under supervision of Registered Nurses. The role involves daily living activities, mobility support, and basic clinical tasks in a care setting.

Responsibilities include vital signs monitoring, dietary assistance, infection control, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Strong teamwork and compassionate patient focus are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Minimum GCE O' Level or Certificate in Healthcare Assistant.
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Patient Care Assistant.
Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-focused care and work in a team.

Responsibilities

Ensure patient safety and provide care support under supervision of Registered Nurses.
Assist patients with daily living activities including hygiene, oral care, nail care, and elimination needs.
Support patient mobility: transfers, repositioning, and mobilisation as required.
Provide van escort assistance to support patient transportation to and from the Hospice.
Monitor and record vital signs: weight, temperature, blood pressure.
Assist with dietary needs: meal ordering, serving meals/beverages, feeding when required.
Manage food pantry operations: storage, stock monitoring, food safety.
