Qualifications

• Diploma/Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Sales-driven, proactive, and comfortable with negotiation and closing.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage sales/customer records.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, understand needs, and recommend ergonomic chairs and accessories.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, ergonomic benefits, customization options, warranty, and after-sales services.
• Manage the full sales process, including enquiries, quotations, order processing, payments, and follow-ups.
• Achieve individual/showroom sales targets and actively convert opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and basic after-sales support professionally.
• Maintain showroom presentation, product displays and cleanliness.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with logistics teams for timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and support exhibitions and promotions when required.
