• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year working experience in healthcare setting.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clerical and receptionist support, including greeting visitors, attending phone enquiries, responding to call bells.
• Handle all administrative tasks for admissions, transfers, and discharges—preparing forms, updating hospital systems (e.g., bed lists, APF/SCM), escorting patients and coordinating follow-up appointments.
• Perform daily clerical duties such as filing results, managing documentation, ordering supplies, preparing rosters, submitting statistics, and supporting billing and medication logistics.
• Provide admin and operations support as HRIS Coordinator such as uploading of roster, submission of allowance and performing asset count.
