Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a patient services administrator to support a hospital ward in Simei (EAST). You will welcome patients and relatives, manage inquiries, prepare inpatient admission documents and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth ward operations.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will perform clerical tasks, update patient records in the computer system, arrange discharge documents and follow-up appointments, and assist with ward housekeeping and diet requests as needed.

Formación

• A level or Diploma holder is required.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to patients and family members, prepare inpatient admission documents and arrange for staff to attend to patients.
• Prepare discharge documents and obtain follow-up appointments; notify relevant parties on discharge and dispatch documents.
• Handle enquiries from patients, relatives, visitors, colleagues and the public.
• Perform clerical duties required for ward operations and cross-covering of wards.
• Update patient information, ward charges, patient diets, porter and housekeeping requests in the system.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
