Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans, provides and evaluates nursing care according to patient's needs, doctor's orders and hospital policies.
• Ensure adherence to hospital and nursing standards, policies, and best practices.
• Maintain a conducive and safe patient care environment.
• Uphold nursing standards in documentation, treatment, infection control, and professional conduct.
• Supervise and mentor new and junior nursing staff, fostering a supportive and effective nursing team.
