Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Assistant in Singapore to support Registered Nurses and ensure patient safety. You will help with daily care activities, mobility, feeding, and basic clinical measurements while maintaining hygiene and infection-control standards.

Roles include assisting with administrative tasks and reporting patient observations promptly, with a focus on confidentiality and high-quality care in a hospice environment.

Competenze

• GCE N Level or higher is acceptable, or relevant health-care certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Patient Care Assistant.

Mansioni

• Keep active measures to ensure patient safety under supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Attend to patients’ self-care needs including elimination, nail and oral hygiene maintenance.
• Assist with mobility and transfers of patients.
• Assist as van escort for patients to and from the Hospice.
• Measure and record weight, temperature and blood pressure.
• Support dietary needs and feeding of patients as required.
• Maintain food pantry, stock, and food quality for safe consumption.
• Uphold infection-control standards and proper waste disposal.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
• Report observations to the Registered Nurse promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in workplace and confidentiality in patient care.
• Provide a safe and conducive patient-care environment.
