FusionCareAI, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support nurses and other staff in delivering quality patient care. You will assist with daily patient needs, basic clinical tasks, and administrative support to ensure comfort, safety, and well-being.

The role requires good communication, a patient attitude, and the ability to work shifts including weekends. You will help with hygiene, record vital signs, assist with mobility, and follow infection control

Qualificações

• Minimum secondary school education.
• Certification in Healthcare Assistant / Nursing Aide preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare, nursing home, clinic, or home care services is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of patient care and infection control practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and responsible attitude.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist nurses and healthcare professionals in providing basic patient care.
• Support patients with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs (e.g., temperature, blood pressure, pulse).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas and medical equipment.
• Help with patient transfers and mobility support where required.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient observations and care provided.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Follow infection control protocols and workplace safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
