Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Staff Nurse for Home Care Services in Singapore. You will provide individualized nursing care, monitor patients, and support families, coordinating with doctors and health teams to ensure seamless home-based care.

The role requires a Diploma in Nursing and SNB registration, with preferred post-registration hospital or community care experience. Strong IT/documentation skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing from a local polytechnic and SNB registration.
• Post-registration nursing experience in hospital, hospice, or community care preferred.
• Proficiency with basic IT systems and electronic documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in a multidisciplinary team.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care with strict documentation and infection control.
• Assess and monitor patients, develop care plans, and support families.
• Coordinate with physicians and teams; act as liaison with patients and families.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and other procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Ensure patient safety and comply with guidelines and policies.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment storage per regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and respond to enquiries from patients and public.
• Stay updated with guidelines and continually develop clinical knowledge.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
