Job summary

MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Social Worker to provide interventions and programmes, conduct casework and group work, and uplift professional practice in social work within the community. You will collaborate with other agencies and ministries, perform needs and intake assessments, prepare social reports, maintain case notes, and implement and evaluate community development activities and programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work or related field; Graduate Diploma or equivalent acceptable.
• Accreditation with Singapore Association of Social Workers would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Casework and group work delivery with clients and families.
• Prepare social reports and maintain case notes/documents.
• Conduct needs and intake assessments.
• Implement and evaluate community development activities and programmes.
• Collaborate with other agencies and ministries.
• Provide supervision to subordinates and respond to crisis situations per SOPs.
