Qualifications

• Registered Social Worker with Singapore Association of Social Workers would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs and intake assessments.
• Implement case and care plans and interventions.
• Prepare social reports and maintain case notes.
• Perform case and care planning and goal setting.
• Review casework interventions for improvements.
• Conduct group work interventions/programmes under supervision.
