Job summary

CASA RAUDHA LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Programmes & Events Executive with a Mass Communication background to cover maternity leave for the Assistant Manager (Prevention & Restoration).

You will plan and execute community programmes, workshops and outreach events aligned with our mission. You will manage budgets, logistics, stakeholder relationships, and volunteer coordination, and produce post-event reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mass Communication or Events Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in programme coordination or events management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management.
• Proficient with MS Office and event management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute community programmes, workshops, and outreach events.
• Oversee event logistics, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
• Develop and execute communication materials (press releases, social posts, collaterals).
• Maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and vendors.
• Engage and coordinate volunteers for community activities and events.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and outcomes; prepare impact reports.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and grant requirements.
