Job summary

Young Women's Christian Association of Singapore is seeking Programme Executives/Senior Programme Executives to lead and manage impactful programmes under Community Services & Programmes. You will develop content, engage partners and volunteers, and drive outreach to uplift vulnerable groups.

Requirements include a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Social Science, at least 2 years in social service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and willingness to work weeknights or weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Social Science preferred.
• At least 2 years in Social Service or related work.
• Fresh graduates may apply with a passion to work in the social service sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• May be required to work on weeknights or weekends if there are evening or weekend programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update programme logic model / theory of change for new and existing programmes.
• Research on trends and gaps in social service programmes and activities for service users.
• Curate programmes by developing curriculum and adapting session plans with partners and volunteers.
• Outreach to community agencies to build awareness of the programmes.
• Recruit service users into the programmes.
• Provide training and supervision to volunteers to meet service users' needs.
• Build relationships with partners to deliver programmes.
