Job summary

MINDS in Singapore seeks a Manager (Community Partnerships) to elevate engagement with schools, NPOs and individuals and drive fundraising to meet annual targets. You will also support the SCE's events and activities.

You will lead the Volunteer Coordinator Circle, organise meetings and promote knowledge sharing across teams to strengthen collaboration and donor engagement. The role demands strong project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced charity

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in corporate PR/marketing communication/social service project management.
• Excellent project management and events coordination skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge/skill in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Capable of handling multiple projects and the ability to work with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enhance MINDS' engagement with community partners (schools, NPOs and individuals), and drive fundraising efforts to achieve annual targets.
• Support the SCE's events and activities.
• Lead the Volunteer Coordinator Circle and engage volunteers to strengthen collaboration and donor engagement.
• Organise meetings and Community of Practice sessions to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Plan and guide a team of executives to achieve department goals.
