Job summary

JPG Sports in Singapore is seeking a hands-on operations and community-building role to run day-to-day racket sports courts and drive programming that keeps sessions full. You’ll work with coaches, facilitators, corporate clients and our marketing partner, owning monthly targets with incentives.

You’ll manage court access, bookings, events, and payments while growing usage through corporate workshops, open play, classes, and sponsorships, with a clear path to leadership within the JPG Sports

Responsibilities

• Court management: handle escalations from our booking bot, including court access issues; manage admin bookings - event bookings and rescheduling; liaise with facilities team on maintenance and cleaning
• Driving usage: Corporate workshops - respond to corporate enquiries and coordinate court, coach, and facilitator availability; Open Play - manage our pool of facilitators, prepare monthly payments for approval, and personally run open play sessions (minimum 6 hours/week); Classes - build class schedules with coaches, and manage and promote class offerings; Manage payments to coaches and facilitators; refunds for wet weather for open play
• Marketing& Growth: Liaise with and manage our marketing agency, briefing, coordinating, and keeping campaigns aligned with what actually drives bookings; Manage incoming emails, WhatsApp and social media DMs
• Growing Revenue: Bring in sponsorship deals - earn a 5% cut on any sponsorship revenue you close; Hit monthly revenue targets and earn a performance incentive on top of base pay

About the Role

We're looking for someone to own the day-to-day running of our racket sports courts and just as importantly, to drive the programming and community that keeps them full. This is a hands-on, people-facing role: part operations, part community-building, part revenue generation. You'll work closely with coaches, facilitators, corporate clients, and our marketing agency, and you'll have real ownership over hitting monthly targets with incentives when you do.

What You'll Do

Court Management

• Handle escalations from our booking bot, including court access issues
• Manage admin bookings - event bookings and rescheduling

What We're Looking For

• Someone comfortable being both an operator and a face of the community - you'll be running sessions yourself, not just scheduling them
• Strong coordination skills - juggling coaches, facilitators, corporate clients, and an external agency
• Some comfort with marketing (briefing agencies, reviewing content/campaigns) even if you're not a marketer yourself
• Commercially motivated - this role has real upside tied to usage and sponsorship
• Racket sports background (padel, pickleball, tennis) is a strong plus, but not essential if you've got the right energy and organisational chops
• Independent worker but also a team player when necessary
