What you will be working on:
Role & Responsibilities:
SportCares Strategic Review
- Drive and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions with key partners to gather insights for SportCares Strategic Review.
- Lead research and benchmarking against relevant social service and sporting organisations.
- Synthesise and evaluate feedback and findings from stakeholder engagement into structured reports and strategic recommendations.
- Develop strategic frameworks and documentation arising from the review process.
Impact Measurement & Programme Evaluation
- Lead the development and refinement of impact measurement frameworks and evaluation methodologies for SportCares' programmes.
- Evaluate programme data across SportCares' community events, youth tournaments, and leadership initiatives to assess effectiveness and outcomes.
- Guide programme teams to ensure consistent data collection and documentation practices.
- Deliver the SportCares Impact Report for FY26, translating data into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
- Identify gaps in current evaluation approaches and implement improvements to strengthen future measurement efforts.
Partnerships Data & Insights Management
- Develop and oversee a structured database of SportCares' key partners and stakeholders, capturing relevant partnership data and engagement history.
- Evaluate partnership data to surface insights on the value, reach, and impact of SportCares' partner network.
- Deliver regular partnership reports and dashboards to support management decision-making and stakeholder communications.
- Identify and drive opportunities to deepen existing partnerships and oversee the onboarding of new partners aligned with SportCares' mission.
Ad-Hoc Projects & Administrative Support
- Oversee administrative and coordination support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the Team Lead, Master Plan Secretariat.
- Lead the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up documentation for internal and external meetings.
- Drive the coordination of events, workshops, and engagements organised by the Master Plan Secretariat.
- Streamline correspondence, scheduling, and logistical arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
- Review and submit internal documents, approvals, and reports in accordance with SportSG's processes and timelines.

Job Requirements:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
- Experience in research, programme evaluation, or stakeholder engagement, preferably within the social service, sports, or public sector
- Demonstrated experience in supporting strategic reviews or organisational planning, including stakeholder consultation and synthesis of findings into clear recommendations
- Strong ability to collect, manage, and analyse data to generate insights that drive meaningful decision-making,
- Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks and programme evaluation methodologies is advantageous
- Experience managing partnerships or stakeholder relationships, with confidence in coordinating across multiple internal and external parties
- Prior experience in an administrative or project coordination role, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
- An understanding of Singapore's social service landscape and/or sporting ecosystem
- Empathetic and culturally sensitive, with an appreciation for the diverse communities that SportCares serves.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear and actionable insights, and communicate them effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English for report preparation and communicating with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while remaining a collaborative team player with strong organisational skills
