Social Media & Content
Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Capture photos and videos during events, open plays, tournaments, and coaching sessions
Edit short-form videos, reels, and graphics for social campaigns
Assist with monthly content calendars and campaign planning
Community & Events Marketing
Support the promotion of tournaments, clinics, and social events
Engage with members and players online and onsite
Help grow community engagement through WhatsApp groups, social channels, and partnerships
Assist in influencer collaborations and brand activations
Digital Marketing
Support email marketing campaigns and CRM outreach
Track social media insights and campaign performance
Research trends in pickleball, padel, fitness, and lifestyle marketing
Assist with website updates and promotional materials
Partnerships & Branding
Support outreach to gyms, schools, corporate groups, and lifestyle brands
Help coordinate sponsorships and collaboration opportunities
Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and events
Passion for sports, fitness, lifestyle, or community-building brands
Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Comfortable appearing in or filming social media content
Strong communication and organisational skills
Basic understanding of Instagram/TikTok trends and content strategy
Photography or videography skills
Event coordination experience
Experience managing social media accounts
Interest in pickleball, padel, tennis, or sports culture
Hands-on experience in a fast-growing sports startup
Exposure to event marketing, community management, and lifestyle branding
