Job summary

PAS People's Association is seeking a Learning Facilitator to design, develop, and deliver training programmes for PA staff, grassroots leaders, and community partners. You will drive needs assessments, curriculum development, facilitation, and evaluation to strengthen community leadership and engagement across P-P, P-G, and G-P channels.

The role focuses on translating PA knowledge into engaging teaching materials, coordinating with PA Divisions and GROs, and applying learning technology

Qualifications

• Education qualifications in Adult Learning, Training & Development, or Social Sciences.
• Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
• Experience facilitating adult training and developing courseware is required.
• Ability to translate PA knowledge into teaching materials and modules.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and delivers training programmes for PA staff, GRLs, and community partners.
• Conducts needs assessments, curriculum development, facilitation, and evaluation.
• Creates materials including eLearning content, facilitator guides, and learner guides.
• Coordinates training plans with PA Divisions and GROs and manages logistics.
